Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for unopened and unused products returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at grice@houseof-g.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund.
