Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via USPS, UPS  depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.  All products shipped are finished manufactured products never Raw Hemp.

  • Per compliancy laws we do not ship to the following locations: Idaho, , South Dakota, Military Bases, Colorado, Wyoming and anywhere outside the USA.

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly advertised on our website.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery is typically 5–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

  • Please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.

  • House of G is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Due to varying local and state regulations, some products may not be available for shipping to certain areas. If an order is placed with a restricted shipping address, we will contact you to adjust or cancel the order.
